From our initial (and ongoing) fitness assessments, to the day-to-day sessions, his program is engaging, effective, and totally customized to each of our needs. An excellent balance of strength and conditioning, with particular attention paid to any aches or ailments either of us might be suffering through. He also consults on diet, stretching, and exercises we can do on our "off" days. As the name suggests, it's an overall fitness regime that's left us feeling better physically and mentally.
